Friendly staff. Fantastic Vietnamese meal. Good location. Attached to a quality Thai restaurant. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Convenient central area. Renovations didn't affect experience

The hotel is conveniently located on a street with a nice quality Thai restaurant and close to the train station. the room is clean and comfortable with a nice shower in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is good.
Some guests have had issues with credit card payments not being accepted and with the staff being unwelcoming during check-in.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, the Thai restaurant attached to the hotel was the best aspect of my experience. The food was exceptional and it was the only redeeming factor of my stay. , the location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the central area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the room was spacious and well-maintained.
There was no staff present at check-in, and even the limited reception hours weren't reliable. My expectations were not met and there was no apparent effort by the staff to make it a pleasant experience.

The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable. the staff was also very kind and accommodating. Plus, the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The hotel had some major issues. the payment process was very shady.
